Wine Deals Direct offers delivery anywhere within the UK. 

Our Delivery service is convenient, fast and reliable and we aim to deliver the next working day. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands will take an additional two working days.

We use specially designed packaging to avoid breakages or damage to the bottles.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery outside the UK, due to the delicacy and international delivery costs. We recommend finding a local wine specialist in your area to help you enjoy the great wines we offer.

Returns

Wine Deals Direct offers full refund or replacement for any wines that are faulty. We may require faulty bottles to be returned to us, please arrange this as necessary at your convenience.

The easiest way to return items to us is to have them collected the next time you place an order for delivery; leave a note in the 'Additional Information' box on the Checkout page to let us know what you'd like us to collect and we can credit the value against your order.
