Wine Deals Direct offers full refund or replacement for any wines that are faulty. We may require faulty bottles to be returned to us, and will arrange this as necessary at your convenience.
The easiest way to return items to us is to have them collected the next time you place an order for delivery; leave a note in the 'Additional Information' box on the Checkout page to let us know what you'd like us to collect and we can credit the value against your order.
