What is Wine Deals Direct?
We are a fast growing internet based business in London. Our manifesto is to provide our customers with the best deals online for wine cases from popular brands like Jacobs Creek, Echo Falls and many more.
Wine Deals Direct was established in December 2023 to provide amazing deals on cases of the UK’s favourite wines. We offer deals on the most famous worldwide brands from the most celebrated wine producing regions.
We are a tiny start-up based in East London with incredible ambition! Our aim is simple…. We want to become the UK’s No.1 online destination to provide the best deals for wine lovers from across the UK on wines they love from their favourite brands!
Do we sell online only?
Yes, at the moment our service is via the web only. This gives us an opportunity to run very efficiently, save money and pass on the costs directly to you as we do not have overheads such as running physical retails stores.

What is the minimum purchase?
For wine orders the minimum purchase is one case, which contains 6 bottles. For champagnes and spirits the minimum purchase is 1 bottle.
How do you process payments?
We use PayPal and Worldpay as our primary payment gateways. PayPal is a safe, faster, more secure way to pay online – your financial details are never shared. PayPal will remember everything for you, safeguarding your bank, credit or debit card details.
Worldpay lets you make safe and secure credit and debit card payments. Payments are secured with fraud screening to help protect you and offer you more ways to pay.
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes, we offer delivery outside the UK, get in touch with us.
I'm looking for a particular wine, can you help me?
Yes, more often than not, we can stock wines from our global network of partners from around the world. Get in touch and we'll do our best to get it for you.
I have received a faulty bottle?
Please return your bottle to our head office or contact us on 020 8123 3696 with further information and detail about the fault. We will do the up-most to replace faulty bottles.
