Do we sell online only?
Yes, at the moment our service is via the web only. This gives us an opportunity to run very efficiently, save money and pass on the costs directly to you as we do not have overheads such as running physical retails stores.
Our experts have incredible knowledge about every wine we sell and are confident about the quality of service we provide.
What is the minimum purchase?
For online order the minimum purchase is one case, which contains 6 bottles. For champagnes, spirits and selected sparkling wines the minimum purchase is 3 bottles.
How much does delivery cost?
Our Delivery service is convenient, fast and reliable and we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days. Additionally, we use specially designed packaging to avoid breakages or damage to the bottles. Our shipping rates are based on a slider scale for orders with more than one case.
How do you process payments?
We use PayPal as our primary payment gateway. PayPal is a safer, faster, more secure way to pay online – your financial details are never shared. PayPal will remember everything for you, safeguarding your bank, credit or debit card details.
Do you deliver overseas?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery outside the UK, due to the delicacy and international delivery costs. We recommend finding a local wine specialist in your area to help you enjoy the great wines we offer.
I'm looking for a particular wine, can you help me?
Yes, more often than not, we can stock wines from our global network of partners from around the world. Get in touch and we'll do our best to get it for you.
I have received a faulty bottle?
Please return your bottle to our head office or contact
sales@winedealsdirect.co.uk with further information and detail about the fault. We will do the up-most to replace faulty bottles.
